1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl jlph ("jl jlph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jl jlph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at https://jl-jlph.com (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jl jlph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jl jlph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jl jlph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from jl jlph or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

jl jlph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of jl jlph, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify jl jlph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jl jlph may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. jl jlph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl jlph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment channels are credited to your jl jlph account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. jl jlph reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Fees: jl jlph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl jlph accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in PHP. jl jlph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

jl jlph reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl jlph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• jl jlph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through systematic wagering strategies may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jl jlph – including live casino games, slots, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting markets – are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules.

jl jlph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jl jlph reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. jl jlph's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Results are settled based on official sources. jl jlph reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation or where official results are unavailable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl jlph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jl jlph to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jl jlph staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl jlph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of jl jlph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jl jlph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl jlph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jl jlph's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl jlph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

jl jlph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

jl jlph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Termination

jl jlph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, jl jlph may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to jl jlph, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jl jlph customer support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jl jlph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

jl jlph operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

14. Amendments

jl jlph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
